How a visit works
1Pick a time
Choose a clinician and an open time that suits you. You pay by card when you book, and the visit is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
2Meet by video
Fill in a short health questionnaire beforehand, then join from the app or your browser. Your clinician has your answers in front of them.
3Keep in touch
Send your clinician non-urgent questions between visits and book a follow-up when you need one.
What to expect

- An email when you book and another the day before. Text reminders too, if you turn them on in your account.
- Changing plans
- Reschedule or cancel from your visits page. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and you get a full refund.
- Privacy
- Your health information is encrypted, and visit notes can only be read by the clinician who saw you.
- Video
- Visits run inside the app or a current browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). Nothing to install on a computer.
About medication
Semaglutide may be one of the options discussed in a medically supervised weight-loss consultation. Whether it suits you depends on an individual clinical assessment and the exact medication product.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. FDA-approved and compounded products are different, and this website does not sell medication.

What does medically supervised weight loss mean?
It means your health history and goals are assessed by a clinician, with a conversation about appropriate options and follow-up. This preview demonstrates that journey. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment or an assessment of your personal suitability.
Will I be prescribed semaglutide?
A prescription is never guaranteed. Your clinician decides whether a particular treatment is appropriate. DR4U Now does not provide charting or prescribing; your provider manages those responsibilities outside the platform.
Can I use DR4U Now on my phone?
Yes. The website works in Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Apps for iPhone and Android, with the same features as the website, are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
